This very flexible collection of speakers and configurable amp rack provides a sound company with options to cover a wide range of events. It is a turn-key system with many combinations of main speaker as well as up to 6 individual monitor mixes. This package includes 20 speaker cabinets and an amp rack with (12) channels of 1250 watt amplification. It is fully Dante and analog compatible allowing it to pair with any source to drive the system. The DSP has been setup with all the speaker profiles and full matrix of input to output mapping along with limiters appropriate to each cabinet. See system details below: AMP RACK: • This rack is configured to be power with up to (2) 20-amp circuits, however, the circuits can be combined into a single circuit in nearly all applications. The power inputs use ‘powerCon in’ connectors as shown in the back of the rack below. There are analog XLR inputs to the rack for 8 configurable inputs as well as Left/Right/Mono sub configurations but take advantage of fully digital signal delivery to the rack using its Dante interface (BLU-326). The rack includes a 10-port managed network switch and all internal signals between the DSP and amplifiers are digital using BSS BLU-NET, keeping noise below audibility. Each 5000-watt amplifier (qty 3) is configurable through an IPAD or laptop user interface to configure the outputs for the appropriately connected speakers. 8 NL4 connectors deliver the amplified output to the main cabinets of choice, while the subwoofer output is combined into a single NL8 connector that provides a pair of copper for each driver in the EAW subwoofers. All of the rack’s network connections are made available on the rear panel using locking Ethercon connectors. SPEAKERS: • EAW SB850 Dual 18” Subwoofers (4 Cabinets) - These Classic speakers have been revamped to continue their lifespan to a new era. All 8 drivers in these cabinets have been updated with Eminence drivers. Eminence, being our friends just down the road, provided the recommendation of replacing them with DefiniMax 4018LF drivers. The result was a punchier less flabby kick with about a 1db loss of efficiency. These cabinets have been modified to allow for quick setup, only requiring a single NL8 cable to be run to each side that will deliver power to each driver in the cabinets. Each cabinet has an NL8 input where pins 5-8 are jumpered to the NL4 output of the box. Included cables connect that NL4 to the NL8 of the next box so each box is independently powered and acts as the breakout box for the NL8 cable. Each box has its own removable castor plate for easy transport. Their trapezoidal shape allows them to be packed tight in the truck. • JBL AM7212/64 (4 Cabinets) - These speakers are freaks of nature. They are small in size but produce an amazing amount of output. They are also the flattest trapezoid box I have ever measured right out of the box. These boxes are a 2-way configuration with internal crossover and attach to the amplifiers over an NL4 cable. For events where the pack is tight, these boxes can carry a room with hundreds of people or for bigger events where fill speakers are needed, these are the perfect box for the application. These were previously installed in an arena where the nearest seat was over 70 feet from the box. They were all removed in perfect working condition when an inferior redesign replaced them. As you can probably tell from the part number, each box is 60 x 40 giving you 120 degrees wide on each side when paired making them a great main speaker box. Sitting them on top of the subs gives them a perfect height for gigs up to around 1000 seats. Along with cabinets, I am including the 4 yoke mounts in case you might want to mount them high on a truss as fill speakers. • EAW LA325 (4 Cabinets) - These classic speakers were designed for those who demand power, precision, and clarity, this box delivers a seamless blend of high-fidelity audio and robust performance. Its dual 15inch low-frequency drivers, paired with a 7-inch midrange and a 1.4-inch exit high-frequency compression driver, ensure a full, dynamic range that can f ill any venue with rich, vibrant sound. With EAW's renowned engineering, these boxes are built to handle high SPLs while maintaining pristine clarity, making it ideal for concert halls, theaters, and houses of worship. Its meticulously designed enclosure minimizes resonance, ensuring that every note, beat, and word is delivered with the accuracy that only EAW can provide. These boxes pair perfectly with the subs to produce a high-power performance that will cover large events, even when the demands are high. With the configurable amp rack, each box can have its own amp channel or be paired with adjacent cabinet allowing versatility in setup. • Tannoy i12 (2 Cabinets) - With the customer rigging brackets as seen in the pictures, these cabinets have provided exceptional fill coverage with this systems’ configuration. These high-power cabinets also have been paired with a single sub cabinet for a small configuration, requiring only small demands on transport and setup time. These compact cabinets feature a high efficiency 12-inch low-frequency driver combined with Tannoy’s renowned Dual Concentric™ high-frequency driver. This box delivers seamless integration across the frequency range, producing a rich, natural sound that captivates listeners. Whether it's a small gig or a large space that demands high SPLs, this box has the power and finesse to meet the challenge. This Tannoy box from an age before Music Group ownership lives up to the classic Tannoy smooth sound. • Custom Monitor Wedges with Tannoy i12 drivers (6 wedges) - These cabinets were made by a local sound company that owns a CNC machine and has used this pattern to make many of these same boxes. I combined it with the Dual-Concentric Tannoy driver that is used in the i12 box along with a custom crossover made by Tannoy to make 6 compact, hi-powered monitors that make this package a complete PA solution. The box design was done so that by resting on a particular surface, these cabinets can be a 30-degree wedge, a 60-degree wedge, or 90 degree box that can be used as a fill or primary speaker. The box design and crossover produce a very flat response with a natural roll-off below 100Hz. If you have ever used coaxial monitors and compared them to non-concentric speakers you will recognize these boxes’ ability to provide consistent coverage and resilient feedback rejection when used as a monitor in close proximity of the listener. Due to their shape, these boxes take very little room in the truck and offer a lot of packing options for smaller events. ADDITIONAL: • Not explicitly mentioned, but this package includes all of the NL8 and NL4 speaker cables to connect a full system to the amp-rack. The rack and power conditioner for the amps is included as shown. I have additional i12 cabinets, crossovers, and drivers that can be included at no extra cost. I also have more of the monitor wedge cabinets that have not been fully built that I would be willing to include at no additional cost. Power distros, snakes, and other items can be added for additional costs.
